The start of my new visual update. You'll see. I plan to remake all of Steven's sprites with actual pixel art. After that I might go back in and add some new mechanics or balance patches.

Neutral Special: Throwing the shield upwards now has higher gravity so it doesn't look stupid. Also fixed issue with the shield despawning immediately on some stages.

Down Air: No longer prevents Steven from floating if used when floating

Thrown Shield no longer awkwardly loses all speed if it bounces off an enemy too fast

Down Tilt: Move is slower, hitbox much larger and now sends opponents away instead of a set angle, and further to compensate.

Up Tilt: Move is slower, weak hitbox was made smaller but strong hitbox on the shield itself was made considerably stronger.

Reinstates and fixes previous Throwable Shield behavior, you can now catch the shield again and it properly bounces off of enemies and doesn't float up when landing.
