-Making sure that the same frame is not being spammed over the network, given how often does this happens this change should be a significant improvement for the multiplayer
- Not sending frames to the server if gmod window is not active

-Sync of collisions between client and server
-Fixed bug where prop phys would stuck on the fallback defaults if the box wasn't computed yet

-Polishing of collisions: Adjusted positions, made sure that the offset is consistent across melee, walls and prop collisions.
-Better detection of melee weapons based on viewmodel offset
-Precomputing the collision box in melee in advance rather than fetching right before the hit.
-Added eye scale offset to rendering tab
-Added server side convar to disable melee for everyone on the server
-Fixed bug where left hand would apply the same type of damage if one is using melee weapon with a hook override
