Reworked the fire extinguisher from Vanilla Weapons Expanded. Did you guys know that, in base Combat Extended, the extinguisher weighs 5 kilos *unloaded*? It doesn't even give the 'soaked in firefoam' hediff!
I reworked it to just suck less overall, should now have a niche besides the firefoam grenades.
Tweaked the costs of rocket grenades and disposable rocket launchers.
