Improved performance when Dynamically Deploying soldiers as much as it was possible. It's now possible to set which Tech is required for Dynamic Deployment. Mod is now out of beta.

It's now possible to specify in XComJetPacksSchematics.ini which "artifacts" are required to build Booster Jets. These "artifacts" can be things like corpses and elerium cores. The ADVENT MEC corpse and autopsy are now used by default for Booster Jets MK1 and Archon autopsy and corpse are used for the upgraded version.

Added more configuration to Dynamic Deployment - you can now allow to deploy extra soldiers above the maximum squad size, and you can also specify how many soldiers you deploy per turn. I have fixed the Visualization to allow that.

You can also specify how many actions freshly spawned soldiers get, and which kind.

Elerium Jets no longer require original Booster Jets, but cost more and require an Archon corpse.
