-The mod does not seem to be affected by the "any_planet beta change" based on some testing so it SHOULD be compatible with both the beta and stable versions.
-Planet Devastation result from the Rig Bomb sabotage event now destroys the correct amount of pops.
-Rig Bomb sabotaging now weighs systems with more colonies higher when picking a random system
-Tooltip for the Rig Bomb sabotage choice now tells you the correct devastation.
-Some vanilla modifiers that I'm using were not localized. Now they are.

Due to an apparently undocumented change in the 2.2.3 beta, any_planet is replaced with any_system_planet so I'm forced to choose between being compatible with either the beta and stable versions. I chose the stable version (2.2.2).

NOTE: This may or may not actually have affected my mod but I know that I use the any_planet scope in this mod so this is only out of precaution.

-You should be able to "insult" other empires about 1 day after the Galactic Market is founded.
-The event for booting spies out of "allied space" should be working as intended.
-Planet Devastation result from the Rig Bomb sabotage event buffed to 67% devastation since devastation goes down automatically anyway.
-Time limit for active sabotaging special projects changed from ~1-2 years to 3 years.

-Choosing who to spy on is now done by insulting! Just insult the empire you want to insult and you will spy on them. And yes, you can only "insult" default empires so no spying on fallen empires. I haven't looked into controlling the AI's insult habits yet but the default one should be fine anyway. I could have also changed "Insult" to "Spy on this Empire" but apparently I can change the description without overriding localization files but not the diplomatic action title.
-Insulting is overridden to do nothing so that people won't know who you're spying on either from opinion modifiers or notifications.
-The espionage menu edict will now bring players directly to the espionage target menu and will only show up if you are spying on at least one other empire. Note that the AI will still have the regular menu from the previous patch so that they can actually make choices.

This mod still does not change vanilla files but just to be safe, try not to use mods that change "common/diplomatic_actions/00_actions.txt"

Yay for 2.2! But I'm just adapting the current mod features for 2.2 for now. There's bound to be stuff that will go wrong though.

-Cleaned up code.
-Espionage Menu is now accessed in the Edicts tab because of the decisions mechanic.
-Espionage/Sabotage edicts are now only available after the Galactic Market is founded to make the mid-game feel better.
-Some rewards have been tweaked to more fit the new economic system and be less impactful. But no, there isn't any reward/malus for alloys or consumer goods as of yet.
-AI has been tweaked to at least be a tiny bit smarter on their choices for random espionage events. There will always be a decent chance that they don't pick the expected choice for unpredictability.
-Interestingly enough, hive minds do not have a system capital based on what I've seen in the files (empire capital-complex 2.1 equivalent) in 2.2, so their max spies is now 2 instead of 3.
-If you have no information on the number of ascension perk slots, the number shown will be 0 though that is most likely an edge case.
-Intrigue Level 2 now gives a new Free Speech/Drone Interference malus that gives -4 stability and +4 crime for 5 years empire-wide, which is increased by 2 per additional level after Level 2.
-There is now a 30% chance to have the new Free Speech/Drone Interference malus increased by 5 when at Intrigue Level 5.
-Intrigue Level 3 now also lets you know the Mineral/Food production of empire.
-Free Speech/Drone Interference modifier no longer doubled when reaching Intrigue Level 3.
-Rewards from some events no longer doubled when succeeding when reaching Intrigue Level 3.
-Intrigue Level 4 also lets you know if an empire has a shortage in at least 1 vanilla strategic resource.
-Intrigue Level 5 also lets you know the Consumer Goods/Alloy production of an empire and if they have a shortage in either resource.
-Added Simplified Chinese "filler" localization.
-Some localization corrected for 2.2. I probably missed some stuff though.

-Some localization fixes
-Fixed a bug where you can no longer view your espionage targets ever again after sabotaging another empire for the first time.
-Fixed some instances where you could use the espionage edicts when you shouldn't be able to. If this is still happening, use the edict again and it should fix itself.
