also the send envoy mission when it successfully improve relations has a 300 positive relation modifer with a 0 monthly meaning that it will never go away, not sure if this is intentional (Hope is not)
NOTE: This does NOT prevent existing Leader Assassination missions that have already been started.
UPDATE:
-If multiple empires are spying on you with the same espionage mission, RNG picks one of the spying empires and their choice will ultimately affects your outcome. This is to prevent the possibility of guaranteed failure for the victim.
-Assassinate Leader mission now require at least level 1 intrigue AND only randomly target leaders with a leader level equal to or less than your intrigue level on them x 2. Max intrigue removes the leader requirement.
-Some small localization fixes. I feel like I'm missing some stuff but I'm too frustrated at this game to even want to play it right now.
at line 991 kiyo_spy_suspicious_hijack has a space before 'hijack' which makes the rest of the file poop itself
UPDATE:
-Requirements for Naval Maintenance mission was apparently commented out. It's now back.
-You will now no longer be able to do espionage missions on other empires if they were recently (<5 years) a victim of that espionage mission. This is to prevent victims of espionage constantly getting specific espionage events bombarded on them. For example, Empire A just finished the Leader Scandal espionage mission on Empire B. Empire C cannot use the leader Scandal espionage mission on Empire B for a while. If Empire A was still doing the espionage mission, Empire C can still do it.

Regardless, I'll look into it once I get some sleep. Also wondering if anyone else that is using a fresh save is getting this problem.

PS: I like this mod; it adds a new dimension to the game.
-Assassinate Leader mission should no longer target leaders with certain traits that make them immortal. If an empire does NOT have any non-immortal leaders to kill, the mission cannot be done. Rulers are no longer exempt from being picked as a candidate so long as they don't have certain immortal traits.
-Naval Maintenance mission now requires level 3 intrigue.
-Removed a rogue remnant AI file that shouldn't have been there.
-Removed remnant code for espionage cooldown when you're viewing intel on another empire. Note that the bug fix for this won't fix notifications triggered beforehand so give it about an in-game year.

Cause was remnant code that used to give an espionage cooldown when you're viewing info on an empire. Should be fixed soon.

-Localization changes in espionage missions
-Bug fixed where you're wrongly getting a 900-day notification cooldown even though you successfully did an espionage mission
-Bug fixed on scope for espionage cooldown notifications for when an empire does a successful espionage mission
-Diplomatic Envoy mission is back but sadly not reworked yet as the "rework" is not ready yet. Opinion modifiers from the Diplomatic Envoy mission changed from +/-30 to +/-300. Decay changed from -/+1 per year to -/+2 per month.

-Fixed localization for tech notifications
-All espionage mission results show their target empire's results for both success and failure to the spying empire. Both the spying empire's event and their target's is nearly identical except that the spying empire will get "Our spies are relaying a transmission from an advisor of [EMPIRE NAME] to their [EMPIRE RULER TITLE]" at the start of their event descriptions and that their response is always "Debrief over".
-Trade Policy mission now cannot be done on Trade League Federation members. This is a temporary change.
-Removed the Diplomatic Envoy espionage mission temporarily until a rework on it is done.
It'd be fun to hear about the havoc and mayhem that a successfull mission causes, or the events that happen where the mission failed. It'd also be a great way to say "hey, your mission succeeded, and you got some Intrigue and resources" instead of just suddenly "poof, you have resources".
