Actually added the modifiers mentioned in previous change in the mod, but I forgot the localization...will get to that once new stuff is added.

Apparently, my clicking abilities are failing me today. Because they caused a major bug that might have caused the mod to not work at all. Apologies for the inconvenience. It's fixed now. Had to use a backup version since my development version changes a lot of the code.

-Failing the Assassination event will also give -10% happiness (-35% growth/robot build speed for gestalt empires).

I recommend starting a new game if you really want to use/test this mod to the fullest!

-Fixed major bug that makes events never show up in certain situations.
-Added a way for players to potentially see another empire's espionage choices, which is having a random pop have a pop modifier named after a choice in the espionage events. Will not work on espionage events that were already fired. And no, the AI is not optimized to hide this from you because doing that is most likely a hard-coded thing.
-Information on mineral income can only be seen at level 5 intrigue since minerals is basically king in this game and arguably more valuable information than fleet power.
-Spies are no longer automatically removed from an empire if that empire guarantees your independence.

-"Optimized" code
-Only one empire can interfere with another empire's events at a time because having literally everyone spy on you will give you a bad time, even if you deserve it.
-If nobody is spying on you and you have communications with a regular empire, your chances of getting an event are reduced. But that's most likely not going to happen unless you're playing co-op multiplayer or everyone you met is your best friend.
-Created a better workaround for the disappearing 0 variable localization.

-Added tooltip localization for spy choices so that they know the results of their choices.
-Reduced the rewards you get from events that give you minerals/energy/research.
-All intrigue level requirements for espionage events have been reduced by 1 so that you're more likely to get opportunities to get intrigue.

Increased chance for Scandal/Drone Intervention events to happen since they're the gateway to getting intrigue.

Major Localization bug where empires being spied on always get the success localization fixed.

Pretty much fixed spies not getting their reward. I recommend restarting your run if you were using this before this update.
