All of the mercenary clan units from this mod have a new main_units entry, but use the same land_units as vanilla. All of the combat stats are controlled by land_units, so that part will work with SFO no problem. But, unit size, unit cost, and unit caps are controlled by main_units.
I have my own units caps for those units, so that part should be fine. If SFO significantly changes the unit size, recruit cost, or upkeep, then that would be a potential balance issue and need a submod.
(My buddy doesn't play Skaven, only I do, so I was curious.)
