KNOWN ISSUES:
-some frackin blocks will crash the game if painted (smooth stone, precursor blocks, others?); Can't figure out which mod it is that does this conflict; so watch out.
-Inconsistency between Electricity and Static environment hazards (Frackin+Betabound), This makes some sense with 'Toxin' as it is not Radiation; however the two mods would require some sort of 'hook' (ae: the BBound augments and items researchable in frackin)
-some starmap ui issues (freezing on asteroid selection, others?)
