Does what it says on the tin. Penguin Bay now sells monster drops- Core fragments, sharpened claws, carapaces, the 4 elemental drops, and additionally some crafting materials otherwise unobtainable by default for mod contents

made for a friend, and hopefully this helps someone out there- useful for giving Penguin Bay some much needed function other than just selling licenses

update 0.3: Now he also sells bombs now- Molotoves, Bombs, and Thorn Grenades. Just felt it's fitting for them to sell those things

Vanilla wise, they have no usage at all- just adding for mod crafting recipes and such

fair- still, I see fluffalo being a long-term-option, getting it in bulk

also the merchant sells it by its default value so I cannot alter the price, pain
