Thank you for choosing OreNodes+
The linked collection (OreNodes+ Collection) has addons which can be used alongside this mod.

V2.0 - Now featuring built-in support for:
Starburst Rework, Frackin' Universe, Maple32 and Arcana!

Their biomes have been patched to spawn the new ore nodes!
(that's a lot of new biomes to spawn in!)

Spawn chances have also been increased to ensure that you
can actually find some ore nodes while mining.
(they were way too rare before)

Most planets have not been specifically tested (that would take forever) so if you run into any issues, please let me know. Thanks!

This mod does two main things:
1. Adds a new ore node
2. Gives existing ore nodes glow/fullbright

I had always found the existing nodes a welcome addition to any mined ore, but, there is a problem... From these nodes you can only acquire copper, gold, silver, and occasionally diamonds. What about higher tier ores?

And thus, as a result of such ideas, and a distinct lack of titanium from my mining trips - I decided to do something about it - and thus this mod came to be.

FEATURES:
OMNI-VEIN NODES:
This special new ore node can be mined on any planet, and will drop ores relevant to the level of the planet you are on!

I had planned on making ore nodes for durasteel/titanium/etc, but there doesn't appear to be a way to control what nodes show up where - that I could easily find. So, until then... This works.

C = Chance
These odds can be adjusted via a patch to the treasurepool if so desired.

PLANET DROPS:
T1: [20% C/Coal] [65% C/Iron]

T2: [20% C/Iron] [65% C/Tungsten]

T3: [60% C/Tungsten] [25% C/Titanium]

T3: [65% C/Titanium] [20% C/Durasteel]

T4: [70% C/Durasteel] [20% C/Ferozium/Violium/Aegisalt]

T5: [40% C/Solarium] [24% C/Ferozium/Violium/Aegisalt]

VANILLA ORE NODE GLOW:
Additionally, this mod changes vanilla ore nodes to glow and use fullbright.

The intensity of the glow can be edited via patch, or use one of the existing patches:

Thank you! I honestly wasn't too sure about my sprites, so that means a lot. :)

Feel free to do so! And if you for some reason decide that you want to use mine as a base/ref that is mighty fine with me as well.

It should be - It does replace the vanilla assets for ore nodes, but I don't see that being an issue.
