This mod collection is meant to give vibes of what could happen after centuries worth of time spent on Europa, with the wildlife and inter-human conflict driving humanity to a point where they're nearly extinct.

Passive Experience, IMO, is a bit overpowered, but it's in this collection to compensate for the lack of missions as opposed to a standard playthrough. If you think it's too strong then simply disable it or switch to the 10x less version.
