Mac Gaming United

A wise man once said, "All Mac users must stick togerther!" That wise man may or may not be the handsome creator of this group (Mr.OSX). This group is composed of proud Mac users on Steam. We exist so that the voices of Mac users cannot be squished under the voices of the Windows users, which are the overwhelming majority of the Steam population. Often, developers ignore the pleads for a/the Mac port, since the Windows platform is their top-priority. We seek to make a change by combining our voices. We can make a difference easily if we all work together to achieve a common goal. All are welcome to join and are gladly accepted, whether you're on one of the various OSX versions or if you are a Windows/Linux user who supports the Mac community. Enjoy your stay and we GREATLY appreciate your support!

RULES:
1. No kids,so minimal age for membership is 13.
2. No discrimination ( Race,Religion,Sexuality,Gender etc)
3. Don't be a ♥♥♥♥.
4. Have fun!

Un sage homme a un jour dit: « Tous les utilisateurs Mac doivent rester ensemble! ». Ce sage homme est peut-être ou peut-être pas l’incroyable créateur de ce groupe (Mr.OSX). Ce groupe est composé de fiers utilisateurs Mac sur Steam. Nous existons afin que la parole des utilisateurs Mac ne soit pas écrasée sous celle des utilisateurs Windows, qui forment la majeure partie de la population Steam. Les développeurs ignorent souvent de porter leurs jeux vers les Mac, étant donné que la plateforme Windows est leur priorité première. Nous essayons de faire un changement en combinant nos voix. Nous pouvons faire une différence facilement si nous travaillons ensemble pour atteindre cet objectif commun. Hello all,

Apple has debuted new Mac and iOS hardware, announced the availability of OS X Yosemite, will roll out a new update next week (iOS 8.1) and will update all versions of iWork. Remember that Yosemite, iOS 8.1 and iWork updates are FREE, but those who wish to try them REALLY SHOULD WAIT until reports and in-depth reviews are available, as well as some user feedback (I say this because I had downgraded my iPad mini back to 7.1.2 from 8 after being caught by the 50%-battery-drain-in-one-hour bug).

In-depth information relevant to Mac Steam gamers (Yosemite, the new Macs) can be found via the new thread that I created in the forums. Enjoy, and I promise to hang out some more in MGU over the weekend. Go Fall Break!

So...the new Steam Update caused Mac to have issues...can't even play a game...great.

I think I can squeeze some time out of my busy college schedule for that. Every four months I purchase a crap-ton of indie and AAA games (as well as a lot of obscure ones) specifically for Macs; since I now have custom-built iMac I now have the hardware to run basically ANYTHING and give impressions.

The final decision should come from Dario's desk.

Hey chaps, since Steam curation is now a thing I would suggest this group and its moderatos become curators. Especially for sharing the best of the best Mac games.

I recently did the same, just so it can be easier to spread out Mac'y ways, and for my reviews.
