I last played in November and it worked fine but now in Jan it doesn't start, same computer. I did delete it and reinstalled, same issue. Looks like its going to start and then just goes back to green play button.

im on a windows 11 got a 3050 nvidia graphics card ive tried changing the DPI tried the compatability mode and also skip intro game has no error code has no blackscreen

If I want to design a map in the editor with added resources, buildings or units for a multiplayer game, how do I go about doing that ? Do I have to manually change every image file in the game ? Will my friends who play with me have to make the modifications as well ? Will it crash the game ? If someone has good experience with that on Steam, I'd be very thankful....

I only played Civ2 and jumped to 4 5 and 6. I could use some tips in civ3: 1-mines on grasslands during despotism, got it. Buuuut...interesting thing, no matter how huge the map, the AI tries to "mog" me with settler push towards me and I always meet close civilisations. Is this a feature? 2-archers have (2), but no offensive bonus. What is the number in the parentheses? 3-Why can't I see stack info easily? Is the UI just old and bad? Even Civ2 had better stack display....
