Popis
This mod can be installed mid-game.
All features can be enabled or disabled anytime and only affect player.
Compatible with game version 1.10.
Note that this mod generally doesn't require updates for new game versions.

This is a semi-auto builder for government construction queue.

Feature Summary
  • Expand the selected supply chains systematically and in the most profitable way while also taking both economy of scale and balanced development into account.

  • Auto-build more construction sectors if the budget allows.

  • Auto-build new railways and power plants in suitable states gradually.

  • One-click plan a new local supply chain (build new buildings) in a suitable state.

  • Calculate the suitable construction number to avoid too short/long construction queue, so that it can react to market change faster and allows player to better manage the construction queue.

Expand Existing Buildings Of Selected Supply Chains
  • Semi-Auto Builder (SAB) can expand the existing buildings of the selected supply chains efficiently. It can be enabled for different supply chains separately.

  • It will calculate a country's Suitable Construction Number (SCN). SAB will adjust the number of added constructions each time based on SCN and the current construction number, so that too short/long construction queue can be avoided and SAB can react to market change faster.

  • SAB will select suitable buildings to expand based on Weighted Profitability Rank (WPR) and SCN. This process will try to take both EoS and balanced development into account.

  • Multiple levels of the same building can be added to the queue at once. The added levels of a building are based on Profitability, WPR, SCN, infrastructure, etc.

  • Production buildings are divided into different supply chains by SAB, e.g., chemicals supply chain includes buildings that produce iron, sulfur, wood, dye, paper, fertilizer and explosives.

  • The building types of a supply chain might change as technology develops.

  • For the detailed flowcharts and calculation, refer to image 9 to 11.

Auto-Build Construction Sectors
  • Auto-build more construction sectors when the budget and investment pool income allow.

  • States that are populated, have higher construction efficiency and suitable resources will be prioritized.

Auto-Plan New Railways And Power Plants
  • SAB will build new railways and power plants gradually in states that meet certain conditions but don't have them yet.

  • It will find out all suitable states and order them by certain criteria, then start the constructions in the most suitable states.

  • New railways and power plants may be built every 6 months.

Expand Railways And Power Plants
  • SAB can expand railways and power plants that meet certain conditions efficiently.

  • The expanding will try to keep the local price of transportation/electricity close to but slightly higher than their base prices, or try to eliminate all infrastructure deficit and provide some surplus.

  • If no maximum expanded levels were set, the required added levels will always be added to the construction queue at once.

  • The calculation of added levels is based on production, consumption, infrastructure and current levels, which means it doesn't rely on PMs and the result will still be accurate if the output of railway and power plants are modified by mods.

One-Click Plan New Local Supply Chains
  • One-click plan a new local supply chain in a suitable state. SAB will try to build the most essential buildings of the supply chain that the state hasn't have yet.

  • The more populated a state is and more suitable resources it has, the more priority will be given to it.

  • If "Flexible Resource Limit" is enabled, suitable resource types aren't mandatory requirements but only increase the priority.

  • Optional: exclude states that have more than three factory types.

  • Optional: a new supply chain won't be planned if more than 30% of states already have this supply chain.

  • Support four types of important and fundamental supply chains: machines, chemicals, glass and china, electrics.

Incorporated States Only
  • If this option is selected, SAB will only build and expand buildings in incorporated states.

How to use
  1. Subscribe the mod.
  2. Use the decision "Supply Chains Management" to activate the journal entries.

Compatibility
  • No vanilla files were overwritten, so it should be compatible with most mods.
  • Only works on vanilla building types.

Localization
  • English, Chinese.
    Other languages use English text.

After playing around with it more, I figured out how to use. And now that I know how to use it I don't know how I could ever go without it. C:

If your ever adding features, it would be neat to add trade centers into the 'other' category, with ports, after the new update.

It would also be useful to have more supply chains added into the industrial planning tool.

1. For expanding supply chains, you need to enable the options first.

2. Note that it only expands existing buildings. For new buildings, use "industrial planning".

3. Railways and power plants will be built before supply chains. If there are already enough constructions in the queue after the expanding, then no more constructions will be added.

4. You can limit the max. expanded levels of railways and power plants each time, or increase the allowed construction number, all details are written in the button effects.

Hello, I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but when using your mods it will refuse to build industry's/supply chains needed to supply other industry's/the market. i.e., will build railroads but won't build steel/tools to supply them, will build power plants but won't build coal mines to supply them (even if available with proper workforce). I might be entirely missing the point of the mod, if so I will delete.

2.铁路的扩建等级可以手动调节，按钮描述中也给出了不同情况下的建议。

开启铁路建造和扩建功能后，建筑列表几乎被铁路刷满，而且还会不断自动新增铁路项目。即使有些地区基础设施富余已经超过 200，依然不停地修铁路，看起来铁路的建设优先级被设得过高了。
能否检查一下铁路建造逻辑或优先级设置？
