A point of divergence in the mod is that instead of the defeat of Manzikert, it was a tie. In this case, the Seljuks focused mainly on Persia and Mesopotamia. Haven't checked on the lore in a while, but I'm pretty sure the main Seljuk line died off, leading to their descendants to fight over Persia. The Khagan-i Oghuzistan international organization is supposed to represent that.

The subjects on the map aren’t meant to be feudal. “Vassals” and “Marches” are placeholders for internal units representing Thema, Pronoïakon Ktéma, and Strategia rather than Western-style feudalism. Even without a Turkish invasion, the later Basileía Romaíon relied on regional military-administrative structures, semi-autonomous strategiai, and local governance.
I’m testing admin government mod features to represent Themes directly and expand into Pronoiai and Strategiai for authenticity. If you have ideas, I’d love to continue the discussion on our Discord — it’s the best place to share thoughts with the community!

## Culture update/fixes
- Changes the Elysian cultures colors to roughly match the tone of their vicky 3 counterpart.
- fixes the localization for all Hellenic cultures to use a more consistent Anglic-Greek transliteration names.
- Adds in regional Kilikioi as another Romaioi sub culture and Dialect.
- Added in Elyrics culture and dialect as an Elysian/Native Mixed culture.
