You can safely disable this mod, play a different save without it, then re-enable the mod to continue your original game with it. If you still have problems loading a save, it is probably caused by either one of the recent updates (patches 1.0.4 & 1.0.5) or a different mod. There are also a number of game-breaking bugs present in the current version of the game, and it's possible one of these could have corrupted your save.
