This mod still plays correctly alongside the game's soundtrack (+DLC music) with the new player in 1.2. I will look into properly integrating it into the new player in the near future, which will allow tracks to be selected in the same way as base game ones now are.

Seconded on balance. One track I can think of off the top of my head is the Folk Song Suite; while my inner trombonist adores how powerfully they blare out, I can hear my old conductor yelling at me to tone it down.

Great selection overall, and I like the preference towards bombastic pieces to balance out the game's original score.

@Exile sorry you didn't like it, I guess it's personal preference. On the upside, you're under no obligation to subscribe.

Too many bombastic dances and ballets that don't fit the tone of the game. Needs more chill.

@emreyigit1967 Thanks for the feedback. I've played around a fair amount and am satisfied with the volume levels overall, but am happy to make further refinements. Are you able to tell me/describe which tracks in particular you're finding too loud at points, so I can look at them?

Needs to be turned down a little more to fit with the game music.

The in-game music is bland, while the crescendos in this are overwhelming.

@Aerodwy the mod does not damage save files. After testing, it appears you are correct that due to poor implementation of mods currently, the game will not allow you to load a save with different mods even if they do not affect game files (this mod doesn't change the checksum). This means you will need to use this mod each time you play a game you saved with it turned on. I've updated the description to reflect this.

You can safely disable this mod, play a different save without it, then re-enable the mod to continue your original game with it. If you still have problems loading a save, it is probably caused by either one of the recent updates (patches 1.0.4 & 1.0.5) or a different mod. There are also a number of game-breaking bugs present in the current version of the game, and it's possible one of these could have corrupted your save.

Use with caution. Turning on and then off will cause damage to the game save. That should have been warned!

only works well with western nations. The Persian peoples do not sit well with this.
