FYI, all buildings now use "icon =" instead of "texture = " so any building mods require a small update.

Also you've spelled "synthetic" wrong and that makes this mod less searchable.

@NYC13 Well, Germany and a few other nations start with the synthetic refinery tech at the start of HoI4 and the first Synthetic Fuel refineries were apparently made in 1919, improved in 1923 and, well, further advancements beyond afterwards. Since Vicky 3 goes to 1936 this tech wouldn't be out of place but it'd be like... a new researchable in Tech 5 rather than attached to existing tech. I say Tech 5 due to the fact that the devs threw in carriers, which were an interwar technology, as a researchable technology.

Thought this tech didn't come out until like the late 1930s

probably the single most useful mod in game right now lmao sometimes i don't want to spend 3 hours trying to figure out where the fuck to buy rubber from if I miss the colonial scramble for africa/south america!
