Synthetic Oil and Rubber mod Rebalance and Fix

描述
Rework of the Original Mod by Terranoid after 1.9 broke and the original fix was taken down,

Rebalanced some inputs and outputs. And added the improved synthetic rubber pm.

*UPDATED FOR 1.11*
Fixed issues regarding inputs being too costly and making buildings unprofitable.


All credits to Terranoid for the original mod. And Anhilty for the orignal Fix mod wich has since been taken down.

Changes:Synthetic Oil plants moved to Plastics Technology With improved oil moved to combustion engine.
Rubber Plants Moved to Art silk Technology and Improved Synthetic Rubber now on pasteurization.

*Known issues: Improved synthetic rubber pm shows up as textfile name in languages other than english. I do not speak these languages so will not attempt to fix them.

*Mod shows Parsing Metadata failed. This seems to just be paradox launcher throwing a fit. The mod seems to work fine ingame.

Updated to 1.11 took a decent bit of playtesting to get the mod to work.

Working on it found the issue a while back need to do a general compatch for 1.10 anyways. Playtesting as we speak.

OK so I used this for some time now and for some reason the synthetic rubber plants (and I don't really use the other ones) always run at zero productivity, no matter what the price of rubber is. Is this a known issue? Does anybody have a fix?

actually the mod description mentions that. Haven't figured out why not sure but no issues on gameplay in my testing. If you have any issues or think you have a solution let me know.
