Aren't the civics given are way too imbalanced? I mean, they only give buffs, quite a lot of them. Wouldn't it be more reasonable to make them less, add debuffs and, maybe, some prerequisites as most of the civics have?
Really liked the idea with star bases unique module, though.

..As far as you're aware the leader bug still exists. Definitely will need to look at that. Thank you.

Don't know if the other leader types are affected too but once i deactivate this mod all works fine again.
Let me know if there's any bugs / mismatches or if something seems well off like namelists etc.
