Unrelated note, I took inspiration from the throwing knives and added throwing rocks for the meme potential.
As for the art, thank you for the compliment! They were capped from the HD remaster on XBox, and edited to fit. There's a hiccup with the grenade sprites being double sized in the loadout menu, which I keep forgetting to fix.
The pack adds completely new weapons to the game, with limited balancing done. I haven't played through a full campaign with the pack myself as Xenonauts doesn't play nice with changing mods mid-run and I'm working on other projects. The other projects have broken most of my saves as they were being worked on. Most of the later-unlocked weapons should remain viable through to the end.
Some of the weapons are intentionally OP. The Shotgun, RC-P120, Devastator and the Farsight-XR20 (And the Cyclone and DY357-LX to a lesser extent) were designed to mirror their original counterparts for potential, and weren't strictly balanced against equivalent weapons in Xenonauts.
