- 4 new upgrade version of Military goods: Arms, Artillery, Tanks, Airplanes and Ships
- New "Cavalry" unit advanced support systems

- Major progress on diplomatic actions including acceptance rework
- Research Institute building can now also be unlocked via mil (rocket factory) or society (compulsory secondary school)

- New Law Internation Trade: New base line trade law AI will try to switch to if they do not desire protectionist union or free trade union.
- New Law Disability Insurance: Upgrade to Old Age pensions
- New Law Tax Code Amend (Preview): On top of proportional taxes, there will be a new system to further increase or decrease specific tax modifiers

Bugfix
- Fixed "Fund ideology" condition
- Humiliation now reduces core ideology progress in phase 2 by -5 points, in phase 1 by -1
- Adjuste era 7 tech cost reduced by -2000 (1961), era 8 increased by +4000 (1986)
- Added up to +25% throughput to logging for truck tech tree
- Fixes to localisation including non-english (my bad >.<)
- Added adjustion for core ideologies acceptance for inviting and staying in power blocs (wip, pls report feedback)
- Other minor fixes, including fixes to character ideologies, new dawn, and more

- Reworks to Rare Earths:
Level 2 Rare Earths mining now unlocks in ear 6
New level 3 Rare Earths mining requiring software and adding additional 60 output (+65%)
Microchips require less rare earths (20->10)
Personal Computers no longer require Rare Earths but Software
High-Tech Computers rare earths usage reduced (30->20)
- Added new "Just in Time" Logistics methods to modern industries replacing additional laborers with fewer service workers
- Logistic method adjusted to use more transportation
- Improvements and fixes to nuclear power plants
- Increased ai weights for production techs
- Minor polish improvements to icons
- Other minor fixes

Patch 4
- New Nuclear Power Plant
Nuclear power plants need to be built like skyscrapers. First build a nuclear power plant construction site, then start the journal entry to unlock constructing and building the nuclear power plant. It unlocks immense power but also adds to the government expenses. For now there is no uranium.
- New Diplomatic Action "Spread Ideology"
Unlocks the ability to stir up major nations as a great power and influence them with your ideology. This ability can be unlocked by Democrats and Communists.
- New Diplomatic Action "Fund Ideology"
Spend money to influence pop of nation to support an ideology while it doesn't have one yet
- New Diplomatic Action "Fund Oppsition"
Spend money to influence pop of nation to reduce the progress gained by an an opponent nation. Only available for Democracies against Autocracies.
- New Article "Spread Democracy"
- New character ideologies: Economical Corporatist, Radical Feminist, Socialist Feminist and Liberal Feminist
- New Dawn now unlocks for all other great powers, once the first unlocks it
- New Concepts: Milestones, Actions, Abilities, Progress Points
- Minor balance pass for new laws approval
- Progress New Dawn
Focus and core nation ideology modifier split
AI now gains progress on phase 2, allowing it to lose it organicely
New Dawn Phase 1 progress now decays if phase 2 is active
Fascist Final milestone added
- Urbanist now have higher chance of female agitators, rising with women rights
- New New Dawn Debug decision (wip)
- Fixes to laws not correctly unlocking
- Rare Earth deposits are now all discovered at game start, requires new save
- Other fixes and minor balance changes, notably:
Fixed intensive grazing ranche and luxury clothes for new pms
AI now only builds highways in State with more than 50 gdp, no longer build private
Resource discovery chance modifiers removed; they seem to cause bugs
Tweaked research institute
Slightly more political strength unlocked with Online Forums and Social Media
Infamy generation modifier reworked, mostly available to Fascists and Autocrats
New machinery industry icon

Not as well tested, bug reports are highly appreciated. Overwhelmingly save game compatible.

(Democrats and Communist will try to enact this to liberate colonize. E.g. if UK goes democratic they will decolonize.)
- New law: Qualified Migration*
(Alternative to vanilla mass migration gameplay that's less restrictive than migration controls.)
