Adjusted flavor text: Mostly just rewording things in a way that is more interesting.

Fixed issues:
Maximum targeting altitude for ASAT and AntiAir Rounds.
Should allow ASATs to engage new satellites, and space shuttle.
Should allow AntiAir rounds to engage space shuttles too.

Enhanced tech tree to look nicer. Fixed 3D model issues, the singleton turret now swivels and aims correctly. Added balance changes: Reduced maximum build-able turrets (capped at 4), made AA munitions easier to ignore like your favorite mute psychopath pilots. You have to build your ammo now. Added new AA munition that adds a small non-nuclear AoE. (to try and keep jets from always being wiped out but to make it easier to hit bombers.)
