- add Mk68 GFCS and SPG-60 as 3rd illuminator to belknap and kidd classes (backup fire control on SM-2 armed ships
- add towed array mount on ticonderoga class cruisers (should be ABOVE the nameplate but that should be lower on VLS ships, so its a little too low right now)
- reduce launch turn rate of tomahawks
- change SH-3J tag from 'Fictional' to 'Placeholder'
- add SPQ-9 low-alt surface/air search and fire control to california, virginia, kidd, spruance
- make Mk45 guns on SPQ-9/SPG-60 vessels prioritize the SPQ-9 instead of the SPG-60 so that missile fire control is not impeded while firing guns
- tweak vertical launch angle on spruance class ships

- nerf RIM-7E because it was apparently better than tartar. what
- reduce size weapon debuff (effective 5% increase to all SAM pK against missiles)
- fix Mk50 stator being offset from the torpedo

small update:
- tweak Mk41 VLS effect, no longer AK130 muzzle and now is a unique VLS fire effect
- add thin line array visual to yushio, 688i
- tweak missile motor effects for phoenix, AMRAAM, AIM-7F through P, and all low smoke motor AIM-9s
- low smoke motor missiles are much harder to visually see, especially upon launch, and at low altitude

weapon update:
- reworked and tweaked textures for all RIM-2, RIM-24, RIM-66, RIM-67, RIM-156, RIM-174 missiles alongside AGM-78
- rework Mk50 ALWT torpedo to have unique model, now has pumpjet
- tweak SLAM AGM-84E textures
- add AGM-84H SLAM-ER, currently not used by anything but has folding fins (kitbash, not 100% accurate)
- fix material errors with some missiles
- tweak SLAM guidance and TV zoom to be less amazing

- more pseudorange implementations on sonars
- tweak radar performance of some fighter radars
- add dorsal pod to ES-3A (thank you @sebi_8719 for this!)
- add systemgroups info for ALQ-126/B (thank you @darthmac_92 for this!)
- replace AIM-9D with AIM-9G on F-4J
- tweak some ESM performances slightly

- add virginia class config, adds CGN-38's 1986 SM-2 fit (CG/SM-2, RIM-66D, SYS-1) and gives RIM-66E/RGM-84C to other virginias
- move current 1986 virginia to 1989 and give it slightly newer weapons
- fix NTU 91 kidd's aft Mk26 firing arcs
- add mixed SM-2 loadouts to all 1991 NTU ships, mostly block II with fewer numbers of block III
- 0.15 nerf to below-min-alt pK on SM-2 block II
- 0.10 nerf to below-min-alt pK on SM-2 block I
- 0.10 nerf to below-min-alt pK on SM-1 and tartar/terrier/talos

- add PseudorangeResolution to all sonobuoys, towed arrays, and the active intercept array
- this makes all of the above several times less accurate in resolution, and means active sonar or your bow array will be needed for fire control-level solutions
- add new squadrons to SH-2, WIP on ship squadrons
- remove experimental patch for chaff/flare release delays

- buff APS-125 on base E-2C
- buff APY-1 on base E-3A
- add AYR-1 ELINT to E-3C
- buff AWG-10 capabilities to be 15-20% greater in range
- tweak LA Flt3 visuals on the screw
- remove LaunchTurnRate < MaxTurnRate instances on AAMs because its buggy as shit, will overall significantly improve sidewinder agility
- increment patch version number
