- completely rework 1977 virginia with a fully animated and functional hangar
- add 1975 SH-2F LAMPS I to several 1970s ships; garcia, knox 72, belknap 72, belknap 75, virginia 77
- change propwash to proper effect for all vessels
- tweak descriptions of SM-2ER block II/III/IV to reflect the effective maximum range

- swap out GBU-10 for GBU-2 (more thematically appropriate)

small patch
- add 1991 S-3B Viking
- downgrade some "1989" carrier loadouts, F-14A (1986) is now much more common
- change all FLIR sensor types to Infrared, properly, finally, which allows for actual night-time usage
- add S-3B to the nimitz carriers that have ES-3A

maintenance update:
- add 1986 and NTU california
- all NTU (1989-NTU) ships are now (1991-NTU) to conform better with their actual re-entries to service, TBD if ammo loadouts need changing
- remove AEM cuz it isnt finished
- fix bug with 50 cals
- add ammopoints to all ammunitions to comply with new update
- fix and tweak ASROCs to function significantly better, their minimum firing depth should now be 250 feet so be wary of that
- all SPG-51 installations now have a 30 degree superelevation while idle
- add RadarOffset=9 to SPS-48 on all available platforms
- long beach 83 gets RIM-67B instead of RIM-67C
- remove NTU fit from 1989 adams (uses RIM-66E now)

- fix SPG-62 mounts for burke and add the superelevation rest angle for all ticos
- accidental inclusion of a test mission that i'm too lazy to remove

- finally fix sidewinder materials (they look better now)
- nothing new added in the fleet auxillary tab
