small patch:
- add two new NTU variants of existing game missions made by Ryu1940, many thanks to him for them!
- they're quite difficult compared to NTU hormuz, so be very wary of this
- tweak 1994 OHP, all longhull models get TACTAS
- fix 1994 OHP damage model
- add 2007 models of burkes, slightly different weapons loadout
- add RIM-156B (to be added to other ships)
- B57s are now accountable ammo and no longer regular use weapons from surface ships. sorry

- change arleigh burke file paths to not conflict with mitchell's burke mod
- ER standard missiles no longer poke out of hatches

big update:
- IMPORTANT NOTICE: "usn_e-2b_68" has been renamed to "usn_e-2b_72" to reflect its re-dating to a more accurate period
- add "usn_e-2a_68" in its stead, which is extremely similar
- replace this unit in your missions to prevent errors!
- rework of ready, cooldown times, airwing stores, ammo points and accountable ammo categories
- Flight I and II, DDG-52 to DDG-72 ported from Mitchell's Burke mod, completely revamped and obsoleting the kitbash burke
- note: flight 2A burke not ready yet, will be implemented in the future
- complete visual overhaul from that mod, much closer to vanilla style
- new visuals for all VLS installations using custom models
- F/A-18 addition ported and heavily modified from Cellinia_Texas's Hornet mod
- F/A-18A and F/A-18C added to those carriers that had them in 1989-1991
- AMRAAM overhaul (new models)
- RIM-156 and RIM-174 new models
- RIM-66G/H/J and RIM-66K/L/M/P new model

- fully add nathan hale AEM (auxillary missile ship) with over 400 TLAM and a small amount of secondary armament for self defense (thank you cent for making the weapons and animations for this)

- add Mk68 GFCS and SPG-60 as 3rd illuminator to belknap and kidd classes (backup fire control on SM-2 armed ships
- add towed array mount on ticonderoga class cruisers (should be ABOVE the nameplate but that should be lower on VLS ships, so its a little too low right now)
- reduce launch turn rate of tomahawks
- change SH-3J tag from 'Fictional' to 'Placeholder'
- add SPQ-9 low-alt surface/air search and fire control to california, virginia, kidd, spruance
- make Mk45 guns on SPQ-9/SPG-60 vessels prioritize the SPQ-9 instead of the SPG-60 so that missile fire control is not impeded while firing guns
- tweak vertical launch angle on spruance class ships
