Added links between sub hulls of ballasts,in case the newly update about gaps caused folw reduction.

*Fixed the issue that turrets fail to rotate with high skill when having turret-rotating-upgrade.(but the upgrade will still reduce the rotating speed with high skill,this is a problem of fakefish)
*disabled the collision of certain decorating fins.
*slightly changed the appearance,making it more smooth.

Due to certain *freeking bug.The rector will be uncontrolable when you initial a campaign.So now the reactor has no fuel in when start.
And fixed the bug that ceatain oxgen tanks were not powered.

Made +version's invisible supercampacitor invincible(haha,get it?)
Made the ancient weapon to perform correctly.
Added a pirate version(coalition only of course).
