- Reworked respawn system. Should now be more compatible with mods.

- Changed sell factor, rewards for killing bandits and Zeds and increased money loss on death. Will now be a bit harder to accumulate money.

- Changed punishment respawn locations to tier 1 area for progression mode.

- Fixed an oversight with the gate guard spawn. Now they only respawn when player is a certain distance away.

- A rating check in the respawn script didn't work as intended. Now, if you kill Blufor you won't be able to respawn in the safe Zone until rating is cleared by either dying or going to repent man.
