Adjusted Battle AI formations to be more flexible and to position their units better. Added 10 Battle AI formations to increase AI battle diversity for greek/carthaginian/egyptian/eastern factions.

Updated multiple formations to better handle cavalry movement. Fixed a minor mistake in battle ai personalities. Adjusted battle personalities to be slower to enter into full combat.

Updated battle formations to match latest formations released for Rome Expanded. Moved peltasts forward and kept archers and slingers back a bit. Split up cavalry and pikemen units a bit more for diadochi formations. Minor update to remove some Rome Expanded factions.
