Update Germanic and Armenian formations. Slight adjustments to others. Fixed some vanilla formations to retain original content.

Updated battle formations to match latest formations released for Rome Expanded. Moved peltasts forward and kept archers and slingers back a bit. Split up cavalry and pikemen units a bit more for diadochi formations. Minor update to remove some Rome Expanded factions.
