Rollback to avoid an issue that seemed to randomly yeet passions from some pawns.

Seems to have been some innovent looking "SkillRecord.GetLevel", that probably made some cache randomly go nuts.

Lets a parasite learn skills from the pawn they are parasiting.

Affected by learning factor.
The bigger the difference in skill level the greater the learning speed. Cannot go above the skill level of the parasiting pawn this way.

This feature has also been added to the Pilot Assisted Gene/Hediff.

Buffed parasiting gene, a bit. Less hungry when piloting etc. And made parasite-colonists not pop out if the pawn gets incapacitated for awhile. Mostly to avoid having surgery and such mess with people's plans.
