Removed troopers from advent field training leaders list as that doesn't make as much sense.
Added a visual indicator when psi troopers use their debuff ability. I haven't gotten the flyover text to play nice yet, howerver.

Changed the AI routines to use the base game shoot or reload logic to see if that helps crashes some users are reporting

Encounter list cleanup accidentally borked retaliation missions. Who wants to face multiple pods made up primarily of riot stun lancers?

Added the first of the Spectrum Green aliens: the Viper Huntress.
Right now she's just a slightly different Viper with shadowstep but she should start showing up at FL 5 to harass your squad. She's been added to the appropriate follower lists for most enemy mods.

Also did a pass over the encounter lists to balance a few values.
