Removed hording from rebel factions since they start off as hordes and are re_emergent. They come back after death, like Jebus.

Fix a horde bug that was causing CTD for a specific faction. Add more generals to Macedon, Egypt, and Seleucids to beef them up a little bit as they tend to get eaten up by their smaller neighbors. Add a dozen character names.

Removed native religion from script, added it back to natives building (now uses the negative bonus). Modified traits trigger to add religion to rebel faction faction leaders.

Modify the descr_senate to allow more changeability, some historical some gamified, so that players can get a chance to get into the Adirim. Change up the senate localization so that it shows both Roman and Carthaginian definitions.

Fix 20 factions heir issues. Change up how non-family generals are spawned at game start. This now allows for the family tree to only show important family members, non-royal family members will now just be generals and incapable of inheritance. Save compatible.
