- Added the Option to enable/disable loading the AssignStartingPlots.lua file (for changing distance between Players), so Mods that alter that same File be compatible with this Mod.
- Added the Option to make major Players unable to declare War on a City-State (Suzerained or not). Players will only be able to attack a City State if they are at War with its Suzerain.
- Passive Religion no longer removes Warrior Monks from the Game.
