Removed the ability for buidling campfires as this might have conflicted with the rest of the script that allowed the change in popcap.

- Improved base starting points so that the US bases fit better on the map.
- Replaced the church with a huge stone church (you can call it a small fortress) :p
- Replaced the German bunker with a concrete one
- More barbed wire and AT traps added
- More trees and bushes added

- A flying bush removed. I hope that this was the last one.
- Some wooden bunkers added/removed or put at other places
- Small building lined up with a wall
- Moved some trees
- Some other minor changes

Atmosphere settings changed

- Nighttime duration shortened
- Light intensity reduced from 2700 to 2600

- Bushes that were still floating in the air removed and replaced by bushes with their feet on the ground so that they can provide cover
- A few gates from fences corrected
- A bush that seemed to be growing through a rock removed
- A waterpump + wagon in front of a gate (blocking) moved aside
- Moved a house closer to a medic station so that a machinegunner in the house can defend it
