Fixes to block stacking and disabled blocks turning into player placed block if touched by a player to see if its the cause of all the lag

Made block falling animation multicast so it is smoother. adjusted block ground hit box (This should stop or lower the chances of blocks falling into the ground)

People who join a match will start with 500 * (wave - 1). made the fire sale sound 30 seconds long and made it fade out. Powerup Spinning is now client sided and uses a timeline. Powerups will blink when there is five seconds left (Despawntime / 3)

Fixed it so you can grab block items with down touchpad/thumbstick. ray cast to place blocks and grab block items are now client sided. combining block items can now only combine items if no one is holding the second item. Combining items now is based on the client

Fixes some ground collisions. removed the block base from the map
