Ai will now build more titans.

Common origin federations are much less likely to fall apart (hegemon federations still do fall apart, I need to invent somethign new for these, they lack an opinion modifier for me to change. Will do it later).

Changed some personality behaviors (xenophobic isolationists will fight less now).

District and pop_job changes (mostly for gestalts)

Fixed juggernaut requirement, noticably improved handling of shattered ring non-gestalts.

Building changes, district changes, tradition changes.

Mostly small bugfixes (rogue servitors with their organic paradise madness), slight improvements for void dwellers and shattered ringers (they are still not at the point I want them to be, but a bit better).

Namely AI will focus on dyson sphere/matter decompressor/shipyard/coordinating centre more.

Also AI will be less eager to switch their food policies to fix the problems in the economy.
