8/27/2021 - Horde Defense Mod Hotfix

Hi Community, fixed a couple annoying things with some extensive testing. Please let us know if problems persist.

.:Bug Fixes:.
- Termination Stormtroopers (Beendigung Sturmtruppen) should no longer cause a Bugsplat or CTD in multiplayer games. Tested with two players connected through internet so please post if this unit still causes an issue.
- Transceiver Fighter Overwatch and Stuka Counter Attack should now properly target enemy units. The Counter Attack should only target mortars, artillery, and indirect fire units. Stuka Counter Battery should function in a circle 350 in diameter around the HQ. Experience will vary depending on map size.

.:Other:.
- Added UI indicators to the HQ and Transceiver Beacons to let you know if they are capable of returning fire.

Developer note: The initial version of the Luftwaffe Hauptmann rally point beacons added a lot of complexity, but could be easily destroyed. With so much micromanagement already required I've opted to rework the relationship between the Hauptmann and the airpower. Now, the HQ serves as the main hub for airstrike abilities and the transceivers function to increase the range.
Additionally, I am experimenting with more cost and recharge reductions sprinkled throughout to enable more usage of aircraft late game as the cooldown time can be quite punishing when dealing with a large amount of armor.

- Hauptman is now unkillable, but will retreat if he loses his bodyguards. He will be unable to leave the HQ sector until is bodyguard is reinforced.
- Veterancy requirements increased roughly 50%, but now receives shared exp. Luftwaffe Hauptman share exp exclusive with aircraft.
- In addition to the first change, Hauptmann squads are now unable to garrison inside of buildings. This is to prevent instant deaths from building collapse.

Dev note: Penetration at far range is reduced by 25% instead of full penetration amount at range. Aim time is the time it takes for them to acquire and fire on a new target. It looks less strange when they drop a target and take a second to get the next one. Now they should more seamlessly switch between targets... really helps mowing them down.
