##COUNTER BATTERY REWORK##
[OST]
• Mortar's (including half-track version) Counter-barrage
- Now fire a unique shell with slightly increased damage and accuracy which stun and suppress infantry.
- Range increased by 50%.
- Cooldown reduced.

• Panzerwerfer's Counter-barrage
- Now fire only three rockets with increased accuracy.
- Rockets count goes up to five with the Advanced Rocketry upgrade.
- Slighly reduced range which goes back up to normal with Advanced Rocketry.
- Cooldown reduced.
- Moved Entranch ability to UI 33.

• LeFH 18 (both OST and OKW)
- Counter-barrage now fire only three shell with increased accuracy. Cooldown reduced.
- Added missing Direct Fire ability to OST variant.
- Increased damage and range of Direct Fire ability.

[OKW]
• Le ig 18's counter-barrage
- Now fire a unique shell with slightly increased damage and accuracy which stun and suppress infantry. More damage but less suppression than mortar.
- Range increased by 50%.
- Cooldown is reduced.

• Walking Stuka

###Mechanized Assault and German Mechanized Rework###
• Manpower Priority now affects all 250/251 Half-tracks including the Mechanized Assault Group call-in and applies a -33% cost reduction

[Sd.Kfz. 250]
- [NEW ABILITY] Mechanized Flanking Speed
For 3 seconds after entering Flanking Speed, Half-track is invulnerable.
- [NEW ABILITY] Mechanized Infantry Expertise
After dismounting from a half-track, infantry gain +50% damage for 10 seconds
- [NEW ABILITY] (PASSIVE) Lightning War Doctrine
Each Half-track on the field adds +75 Maximum Health to all Half-tracks. Stacks up to 5 times. Removed on death.
- [NEW ABILITY] (PASSIVE) Evasive Driving
Wile the Half-track is above 75% health reduce damage by 50%
Requires Veteran 1
- [NEW ABILITY] Toggle Defensive Smoke
Can now be toggled to trigger automatically if health drops < 50% at no cost. Can only trigger every 60 seconds.
- [Ability Combined Arms] now affects halftracks. When near infantry, halftracks gain -20% received accuracy.
- SdKfz 250 no longer requires battle phase 1
- Squad load time to 2 seconds down from 5
- Unload time to 0.075 seconds down from 0.125
- When killed, chance for squad to unload safely to 75% up from 50%

[Assault Grenadier]
• Squad Automatic Gunner no longer requires the Assault Rifle Package

dev note: The Mechanized commander rework is part of the ongoing effort to flesh out the identity of Commander Doctrines beyond the collection of a handful of abilities granted at baseline. The idea behind the Mechanized rework is to incentivize the use of mechanized infantry and their halftracks. Quickly accelerate to the engagement, dismount troops, then perform lethal fire and advance maneuvers obscured by smoke on the advance or retreat.
