[Pioneer / Assault Pioneer]
• Salvage ability recieved accuracy penalty reduced from 3 to 2
• [New Ability] Thorough Salvage increases recover speed by 50%
- Purchased from upgrade center
• [New Ability] Improved Salvage receuved accuracy penalty reduced from 2 to 1.5
- Require either Battle phase 3 or two sWs half-track converted.

Note : this tweak aim to increase the difference between OST and OKW, as well as making it actually viable to use the salvage ability during the later stages of the game while keeping the risk/reward in all stages.

- Hetzer reload bulletin should now only apply a 25% reduction in reload speed

- Veterency requirements have been lowered at all vet levels

[Elite Ostruppen]
- Received Accuracy Bonus of -30% has been changed to +20 health per entity

[FoB]
- Adds base 4 manpower. Fuel and Munition income increased to 4 up from 3

[JagdPanzer]
- Elite ability should no longer apply to the base version

- Armor Skirts upgrade now increases health by 125 up from 40

• AAA targeting (toggle)
- No longer limits vehicle from attacking ground targets. Players can manually target, however, auto-attack restricted to aircraft. Only AA-mode can target aircraft. Additionally, the following modifiers are applied:
- Accuracy vs Aircraft +300%
- Damage vs Aircraft +300%
- Weapon Range +100%
- Weapon Accuracy -50%
- Weapon Suppression -100%
- Weapon Splash damage -75%
- Vision +30%

[UKF]
• UKF Raid Section added
• The Bofor and AEC upgrade are no-longer mutually exclusive.

[Repair (All variations)]
• Will now restore destroyed engines at 90% health percentage

[OST]
• Pioneer 'Destroy Cover' is no longer locked behind an upgrade

T-34
- T-34's produced before the 15 minute mark will now be T-34 (1940) model with slightly reduced stats to compensate for some AI rushing into armor
Base
• Armor 150 → 120
• Hitpoints 500 → 450


Katyusha
Base
• Fire-aim-time 0.125s → 0.2s
• Range 200 → 150
• Angle Scatter 10 → 12
• Squad capped at 3 on the field

Dev note: Katyusha still too stronk.

[USF]

Dev note: Removing off-map artillery and replacing it with on-map artillery is the end goal. Incentivizing the AI to build more on-map by reducing price may not be enough of a solution, but this will be the start of switching to that model.

- AI tweaks to army compositions weights. This should favor more conscripts/infantry on average.
- Should no longer avoid arcs of fire that are outside of vision.

10/7/2021 - Horde Defense Mod Hot fix

Hi community, tweaking the Katyusha a bit since it is overperforming and causing some annoying headaches in certain scenarios.

[Katyusha]
- Range decreased -25%
- Max speed and acceleration -20%
- AI desire to build reduced by 5%
Dev note: Reducing the range of the barrage and the likelyhood of the AI building them to hopefully reduce the spam of rockets. Additionally, lowered their movement speed and acceleration to make them easier to catch for counterplay.
