Some changes were being held back due to a potential conflict with other addons, so quite a few changes have accumulated (the potential conflict still isn't resolved, other addons that use lightmaps may break things).

- Added 'slime trails' fix (fewer holes in meshes)
- Improved experimental rendering path.
- Switched mesh generation over from IMesh:BuildFromTriangles() to the mesh library.
- Changed sector lighting to use a lightmap instead of changing material vars.
- Changed texture loading/rendering to use render.OverrideAlphaWriteEnable instead of stencils
- Maps are now sent to clients as fast as they can be received.
- Map downloads now use compression.
- Changed map selection to more accurately reflect the map content of a wad.
- Disabled DComboBox sorting on difficulty selection.

- Fixed an incompatibility with gmDoom's recent Doomguy mode that would cause player entities to be deleted when a map unloaded.
- Added visible feedback for loading maps.

- Fixed a problem where certain effects that made use of the stencil buffer (such as physgun halos) would cause newly rendered wall textures to be transparent.
