Fixed settings being ignored completely.

Fixed newer settings not showing in-game.

If you did not have 6 settings in-game, they are:
- highVis[false]: Enable for white, see-in-the-dark text on the dials.
- scale[1]: Controls how big the dials are.
- advanceWithKey[false]: If enabled, stages are advanced by turning the key, instead of after a minimum of 4 seconds. You still need to solve modules to advance.
- reverseDialControls[false]: If enabled, flips dial controls.
- stageRandomForward[10]: How many stages late a given stage can display (default of 10: stage 20 can appear as late as the 30th displayed).
- stageRandomBackward[5]: Same as above, but how many early.

Stage checking without a free check now grants a free check; you can check twice with one strike instead of guessing and then checking once.
Key hitbox is now larger.

Improved lights copied from Morsematics.
When colourblind is active, the lights visibly change to accomodate the dials.
Fixed display border/wire colouring (matches FMN and Answering Questions).
