Not really any purpose to using the mod if every powerful courtier's competency is weighted down to hell.
Basically in the flavor pack you can get around not filling every officer role added by it even if people will start grumbling and you get a cohesion malus, in this mod every role gets filled because "X knows there is no such thing as a power vacuum".
If i'm trying to RP a certain kind of character, why would i tolerate a "Mistress" or "Powerful courtesan" ? Is a question that's come to my mind, they are both great mods otherwise, i'm requesting if they can be made more granular
