It's not hard to make, but it would be more tedious when the border cuts through an empire rather than keeping those empires intact. Extra care must be taken when removing counties and baronies.
That being said, all of my modding plans are on hold for now. I'm distracted by other things.
These kinds of maps that only remove a relatively small part aren't really my niche. You could try with the guys who make 'No India', 'No Scandinavia', and such.

I'll think about it, but probably not. That's a strange map to me. Like you're cutting too deep into the belly by taking out Tibet too. Like having a European map without Germany. I'd rather trim from the edges than cut a chunk out of the middle, if that makes sense.

If you load an old save (using the vanilla map), a tonne of characters will figuratively be left standing on air when provinces are removed from under them. As those characters come crashing down, your game will crash too.
