Mexico: A New Dawn

Hello! I've decided that Mexico (my home country) deserves more flavor in Victoria 3, so I created this mod focused on the era of El Porfiriato, the reforms of Benito Juarez, and the empire that Mexico could have.

It features 19 unique events that trace the rise, and eventual fall, of the eras I´ve previously mentioned.

All events, except the Porfiriato ones, are based in your choices and how you decide to shape Mexico

This mod supports both English and Spanish.

Feel free to share your thoughts on balance or suggestions; and tell me if there is any bugs. If the mod receives enough support, I plan to make future events , I could add more historical events, like the mexican revolution after the porfiriato or monarchy era.

- Now France and Britain receive investment directly in Mexico (no the other way around), in the Veracruz concession.
- Mexicanize decisions are now more difficult to achieve and increases resistance among local cultures.
- The Porfirio Consolidated buff is now harder to achieve and slightly toned down.

- Added a new event if you manage to push the americans east of the Mississipi
- Added new events to the church, based on your religion law (planned to make an event "counter-reformation" if you want to be ultra religious)

- I've added 4 new events and a new Journal Entry for when you decide to enact total separation. Will this finally separate Mexico from Catholicism, or will it spark a fervent Catholic movement that could one day reclaim the country?
- I've also hidden some decisions to avoid overcrowding the decision menu (the decisions are still there; you just need to enact the prerequisite decision to unlock them).
