Hey guys, I've been playing again! Apparently I did not double check the storage filters last time I updated this and ran into some storage problems when I achieved gravflight with Vanilla Gravship Expanded. So I had to update that.
As for the storage designation, look at the Q&A. It's either that, or you're using the Dynamic and DynaVac versions of the massive hold, which, again, is clearly stated in the description to be limited to a few resources, namely chunks and raw resources...
Outside of that, you're right, it might be a bug on your end, all my holds are working as advertised.
Almost all of the cargo holds are bugged-- don't fit even a third of what it says it has space for, cannot be designated for very obvious materials, like steel, or components, and have absolutely baffling options for what CAN even be placed in them.
I assume it's just a bug, but, good lord, it's incredibly frustrating to spend so much steel on a cargo hold that holds nothing (not to mention takes up a 6 tile area when it's meant to be 1x2.
