Please unsubscribe to the original if you haven't already! The original is most likely not compatible with this version.

This is an updated version of Tea-Loving Lad's mod that changes the npc dialog for the neki and and NPCs interacting with the neki.

Since the original has been discontinued, I figured I'd upload my version of the mod.

What's new?
Added a couple missing files.
Replaced the foul language with more family-friendly dialog.
Made it so the neki doesn't anything negative when examining things related to fruit, fruit juices or anything similar.
Other changes.

If you find anything like typos, grammar errors, things that ignore the lore of the neki, or anything missing, let me know.

@Dahs+62 Sorry about the late response but I don't think so. It's recommended that if you are playing multiplayer, both players must have the mod installed.

The Peacekeeper coffee mug scan description still has the Neki call it yucky. idk if that's intended to be covered, but just thought I'd bring it up.

My feedback is hardly reason to scrap the mod entirely.
I'm sure there are plenty of people who appreciate it, and I'd love nothing more than for it to be made better for them. If you need help with it, my DMs are always open ♥

A few points to note:

- None of your patches use test patches, i.e. none of them check to to make sure the text they intend to replace is even still there, or whether it's been altered since.

- Multiple lines of dialogue and scan descriptions are replaced with older versions, I assume for the sake of adjusting formatting or fixing typos that haven't been there in a long while.

- This mod replaces entire codices, again without test patches, apparently to fix single-letter typos that have already been long fixed in the main mod. This also isn't great for when the phrasing (or even some of the meaning) of the original codices would change - your mod will just replace the entire thing with an outdated version.

Pleееase try to be more thorough :(
