As I pointed out in the description above, the Neki T1-T8 ships are based on the Apex ship layout, so you could simply take a look at those for reference :)
I've changed that obnoxious red background color and removed some unused entries from the blockKey.config, one of those probably caused your mod to break.
Should be a pretty easy fix for you, glad you found the cause so quickly \^-^/
FALSE ALARM, NO NEED TO ANSWER, MOD ISSUE FOUND 😭 APOLOGIES IT WAS MY MOD
It was the 'Clear Neki Ship Background' mod I made, it overrided the shipworld of your mod with mine (it was meant to cover the 2x2 windows bc the background is entirely glass, to make it look more natural, was not expecting it to cause that severe of a tile mismatch)
will update my mod to match the current ship :3 thanks for your time
