Added a couple missing object files.

After some time of testing and making sure there were no errors, I felt like it was ready for release.

Re-coded the overhauled scan dialog to make them more thorough.

Couldn't figure out how to make the NPC's dialog more thorough without them not being effective. Let me know if there's a solution.
